Harem of Whispers is committed to providing high-quality products and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or cancellations are accepted.

1. Digital Products (eBooks and Audiobooks)
• All digital products are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded.
• Download links or access instructions are delivered instantly upon successful payment.
• If a digital product fails to download due to technical issues, customers should contact [haremofwhispers@gmail.com] within 7 days of purchase for assistance. Harem of Whispers may provide a replacement download link in such cases.
2. Physical Products (Paperbacks)
• Physical books may be eligible for a replacement or refund if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
• Customers must report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of receipt via [haremofwhispers@gmail.com].
• Refunds for eligible cases will be issued to the original payment method once the product is returned and inspected.
• Shipping costs for replacements due to customer error (wrong address, change of mind) may be borne by the customer.

3. Cancellations
• Orders for physical books can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting [haremofwhispers@gmail.com].
• Orders for digital products cannot be canceled once payment is completed and download links have been delivered.
